Hotels and providers: if we have described your property inaccurately, email us and we will correct it. Please note we do not accept payment for coverage, position or inclusion, and we cannot remove accurate information.
Pilgrims: if you have recently performed Umrah and would be willing to answer some questions about the logistics — the transfers, the walks, the hotels, what you would do differently — we would like to hear from you.
We can’t help with: existing bookings, cancellations or refunds (contact your provider directly), visa applications on your behalf, or religious rulings. For anything requiring a ruling, please consult a qualified scholar.
